This depends on the size and complexity of the job being

Yes, generally when you make your initial enquiry we will give you an estimate
based on previous jobs. However if we arrive and the job is going to take longer than
expected and you decide not to go ahead we will not charge you anything.

We undertake any size job - ranging from simple 30 minute snag fixes to much
larger jobs that can take more than a week or so such as loft installations.

We accept payment via cash or bank transfer only.
Please note: We cannot accept payment via cheque or credit/debit cards.
